What is the typical lead time for shipping sim racing cockpits?
Standard lead times for our aluminum profile cockpits vary between 5 to 10 business days depending on current demand. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Are Sim-Lab cockpits compatible with direct drive wheels from other brands?
Yes, our rigs are designed for maximum compatibility. Most of our wheel decks and front-mount brackets support major brands including Fanatec, Simucube, Thrustmaster, and Logitech.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your specific geographic location.
What is your return policy for hardware and accessories?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy items like chassis are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Does the assembly hardware come included with the chassis?
Absolutely. Every Sim-Lab cockpit includes all necessary bolts, nuts, and brackets required for assembly, along with a digital instruction manual to guide you through the build process.
