Return Process

  Log into your Sim-Lab account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, brackets, and manuals are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
